Collars made to your dimensions and edge profiles
At our Akaa facility, we manufacture fan and inlet collars and other collars from rolled and welded rings. Diameter, height and edge profiles are produced according to the requirements of the product.
How are collar edges formed?
Our edge-forming machine can form one or both edges of a ring. The edges can have the same or different bending radii. Variable-radius and conical profiles are also possible.
Mounting holes can be made in the formed flange and included in the collar manufacturing process.

Diameter approximately 500–2,000 mm · Height approximately 100–1,500 mm
Bending radii approximately 2–250 mm · Maximum flange hole diameter 22 mm
Materials include steels, galvanised steel, stainless and acid-resistant steel, and aluminium. The stated maximum thickness for steel is 5 mm. The combination of dimensions, material and edge profile is checked for each part.
