Painopojat offers sheet metal fabrication, subassembly and final assembly. We can combine cutting, bending and welding with metal spun components to supply the agreed assembly.
This makes production coordination easier, because related manufacturing operations can be planned together.
Press brake bending, rolling and edge forming
Our CNC press brake produces bends in sheet metal parts. A four-roll NC rolling machine is used for curved shapes.
Our equipment also includes circular shears, beading machines, manual rolls and various hand tools for the forming and finishing operations required by the part.
Welding as part of manufacture
We use MIG, TIG and spot welding, as well as handheld laser welding. The joining method is selected according to the material, structure and requirements of the finished product.
From components to assemblies
Subassembly and final assembly combine components into the agreed scope of supply. Part compatibility, joints and assembly sequence should be considered during design.
