Deep drawing and eccentric pressing
Cup-shaped and shell-like parts, together with repeatable cutting and forming operations.
Sheet metal work and assembly
Bending, rolling, welding and subassemblies delivered to the agreed stage of completion.
Punching and laser cutting
Cutting, punching and forming on a Prima Power combination machine. Sheet metal components and blanks for further forming.
Machining and tooling
Manual and CNC machining, including the manufacture of tools used in our own forming operations.
Handheld laser welding
Joining sheet metal parts and assemblies using a 2 kW fibre laser welding system.
Fan and inlet collars
Collars manufactured to the required dimensions, edge profiles and mounting-hole specifications at our Akaa facility.
Industrial screens and mesh products
Screens, screen packs, filters and filter cartridges, with particular expertise in screens for plastics extrusion.
